Refund & Returns Policy – Fastrack Tyre

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of automotive products and services, strict conditions apply to all returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Installed, mounted, balanced, or driven tyres are NOT eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Tyres that have been installed, used, or driven

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or external impact

  • Clearance items, promotional items, or discounted items

  • Services already performed (installation, balancing, alignment, inspection)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Digital or downloadable products

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in limited cases:
