Terms & Conditions: Lubrex Oil Service Package
​1. Scope of Service
​Package Inclusions: The promotional price of RM174 strictly includes:
​(1) 4L Bottle of Lubrex Oil (SAE 10W40 Semi Synthetic ).
​(1) Standard Perodua & Proton Oil Filter.
​(1) Drain Plug Washer.
​Standard labor/workmanship for an oil change only.
​Excluded Items: Any additional fluids (coolant, brake fluid), mechanical repairs, or parts not listed above will be charged at standard retail rates.
​2. Vehicle Eligibility
​This offer is valid strictly for Perodua vehicles that utilize a 4L engine oil capacity.
​Vehicles requiring more than 4L of oil will be charged an additional per-liter rate for the top-up.
​Fastrack Tyre reserves the right to refuse service to vehicles with pre-existing engine damage or modifications that prevent a standard oil change.
​3. Promotion Validity & Redemptions
​Limited Time: This offer is valid from 1 February 2026 to 18 March 2026 or while stocks last.
​Non-Transferable: This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products.
​One Per Vehicle: Limited to one (1) redemption per vehicle registration number.
​4. “Free Gift” Policy
​The “Free Gift” (Air Freshener) is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
​No warranty is provided for the free gift, and it cannot be exchanged for a discount on the service price.
​5. Appointments & Cancellations
​Walk-ins are subject to bay availability. We strongly recommend booking 48 hours in advance.
​Fastrack Tyre is not liable for any “wait time” incurred by walk-in customers.
